RATES

Rates include lodging, a Country Breakfast or Innkeepers Choice, Fishing on our private lake (catch and release only) and use of all lodge facilities. Rooms are for single or double occupancy, $30 for each additional person per night (Lodging tax not included). All rooms are smoke free. Breakfast served from 8:00 to 9:30  AM.

INDIVIDUAL ROOMS

Rates range from $65 to $125 per night, depending on the room and the season. See Accommodations for details.

ENTIRE PROPERTY

Whole house reservations are available for business meetings, business getaways, workshops, small weddings and family reunions. A three day minimum stay is required for renting the whole house. Rates are $650.00 nightly or $4,000.00 weekly (a weekly rate is a seven night stay from Sunday to Sunday), for up to fourteen people. Rates include full breakfast. Other meals can be provided for an additional fee or self-catered. Our on-site staff can be made available at your request should you wish to self-cater and need any assistance.

PAYMENT

Payment by cash preferred; we also accept MasterCard and Visa cards. Rates are subject to change without notice. For a one night stay, full payment in advance is required. For two or more nights, a 50% deposit for the entire stay is required. A Confirmation Number will be mailed or e-mailed upon receipt of your deposit. Your room is not reserved until you receive a Confirmation Number.

CANCELLATIONS

Should you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit less a 20% handling fee will be refunded if we are notified at least 14 days prior to check in. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

Check in is at 3 P.M. unless prior arrangement has been made. Check out is at 11:00 A.M. Delayed check out will be accommodated when it will not impact another guest's check in.
